Classes available in Portland and surrounding areas

TRICIA CASE, Owner/Founder of Trailblazing Tails is also a Pet Tech Certified Pet First Aid and CPR instructor who strives to improve the quality of pets' lives. She teaches private and public classes in Portland and surrounding areas.

5-hour Pet First Aid and CPR Training:

  • Snout-to-tail Assessment

  • Restraining and Muzzling 

  • Rescue Breathing

  • Canine and Feline CPR

  • Choking

  • Bleeding and Shock

  • Insect Bites and Stings, and Snakebite

  • Poisoning

  • Heat and Cold Injuries

  • Seizure

Each student receives an instructional booklet and certificate upon completion and the Pet Tech logo to display on their website. Training expires after 2 years. If within the first year you choose to take a refresher class, you will receive a 50% discount. Kids 12+ are always 50% off! Upcoming classes will be held at the Courtyard at Mt Tabor 6125 SE Division St. 97206 from 10am-3pm. A percentage of our proceeds go to The Pixie Project. 

Parking Instructions: After driving through the front entrance (Just off of Division and closest to 60th), turn left and head into side lot titled "Visitor Parking.”  If there are no spots available, please park across the street in the residential area.

  • Please do not park in any 15 minute or loading zone areas, or any marked or resident-only parking spots. There is additional residential street parking across Division.  

Pets welcome in spirit only. Advanced payment is required. The no-refunds Pet Tech policy allows students unable to attend a scheduled class up to 6 months to reschedule.  If the class does not reach the 4 student minimum, it may be rescheduled.
