Pet First Aid and CPR Training

CLASSES AVAILABLE IN PORTLAND AND SURROUNDING AREAS

TRICIA CASE, Owner/Founder of Trailblazing Tails is also a Pet Tech Certified Pet First Aid and CPR instructor who strives to improve the quality of pets' lives. She teaches private and public classes in Portland and surrounding areas.

5-HOUR PET FIRST AID AND CPR TRAINING:

  • SNOUT-TO-TAIL ASSESSMENT
  • RESTRAINING AND MUZZLING 
  • RESCUE BREATHING
  • CANINE AND FELINE CPR
  • CHOKING
  • BLEEDING AND SHOCK
  • INSECT BITES AND STINGS, AND SNAKEBITE
  • POISONING
  • HEAT AND COLD INJURIES
  • SEIZURE
Each student receives an instructional booklet and certificate upon completion and the Pet Tech logo to display on their website. Training expires after 2 years. If within the first year you choose to take a refresher class, you will receive a 50% discount. Kids 12+ are always 50% off!     Your receipt is your confirmation! You will NOT receive an email unless we cancel class, in which case we will give you 5 days notice.  

    A percentage of our proceeds go to One Tail at a Time. 

    Location: 8502 SE Stark Street 97216 (in the back, down the stairs) 

    Parking Instructions: 

    • There is parking in the front of the building as well as residential street parking.

    Lunch break will be 30 minutes. We have a fridge and microwave and many restaurants nearby. 

    Pets welcome in spirit only. Advanced payment is required. If the class does not reach the 6 student minimum, it may be rescheduled.  We have a no-refunds policy as our space is very limited.
